I will continue to update this blog post so it is current and up to date.

Here are some books that I have found to spark reflection and continued learning in the therapy space...

Maybe you should talk to someone by Lori Gottlieb

One of my all-time favourite books that I read a few years back. I'm definitely planning to revisit it now that I have had some hands-on therapy experience during my practicum.

Braiding Sweetgrass by Robin Wall Kimmerer

An incredible read that promotes an exploration into grounding ourselves with the earth, and the dynamic relationship between western science and Indigenous practices. This book offers an insightful journey into understanding how different cultures perceive and interact with the natural world.
